Hotel regulations


The managing board of the hotel will appreciate you conforming to the following hotel rules, which are going to ensure the peaceful and safe stay of our guestes.

1.    A “hotel night” is the smallest unit of time for renting a hotel room
2.     The hotel night begins at 2 p.m. and finishes at noon of the following day
3.    If there is a possibility, a guest is allowed to occupy the hotel room before the beginning of the hotel night without extra charges. The permission for the earlier occupation of the hotel room can be given by the hotel manager or a receptionist on the day of guests’ arrival.
4.    In case of guests arriving in a hotel before the beginning of the hotel night, guests are allowed to leave the luggage in the place pointed out by the receptionist while the guest is awaiting the room. For this purpose, the proper form at the front desk has to be filled in.
5.    In case of guests staying at the hotel after the hotel night has finished, the cost amounting to half-a-hotel-night are added to the bill.
6.    The wishes to prolong the stay beyond the period pointed out on the arrival should be stated at the front desk not later than  in the evening of the previous day.
7.    The hotel will consider the wish to prolong the stay having taken into account its possibilities to do so.

1.    A visitor of a hotel guest is allowed to stay at his/her room until 10 p.m. In case of a visit exceeding the above-mentioned time, extra charge has to paid according to the price list.
2.    A hotel guest is not allowed to pass his/her room to other people even if the period for which he covered the cost has not expired yet
3.    The hotel may cease to serve a customer who does not conform to hotel regulations
4.    The hotel may refuse to accommodate a guest who blatantly violated the hotel regulations during his/her last visit, having damaged the hotel or guests’ or hotel workers’ or other people residing in the hotel’s properties or who somehow distracted the peaceful stay of other guests or distracted the functioning of any hotel belonging to St. George.

1.    The hotel gives services in accordance with its rank and standard. In case of complaints concerning the quality of services, a guest is asked is asked to state them at the front desk immediately, which will enable the hotel to react promptly.
2.    The hotel is obliged to ensure
a)    The conditions for full relaxation of guests
b)    The safety of stay including keeping the information about a guest secret
c)    Professional and polite service ever given in a hotel
d)    Cleaning the room and performing all the necessary maintenance of room equipment at the absence of a guest or at his presence but only upon a guest’s permission
e)    Technically efficient service; in case of defects that couldn’t be removed, the hotel will make all the possible efforts to –as much as the hotel is able to-  change the room or diminish the inconvenience in any other manner
f)    A guest is obliged to inform the hotel reception about the occurrence of a defect immediate it is noticed.

1.    To assure guests the pleasant and safe stay at the hotel, the curfew from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. of the following day has to be obeyed.
2.    The behaviour of guests and other people taking advantage of hotel services shouldn’t distract other people’s stay. The hotel may cease to serve the customer who does not obey these regulations.
3.    The hotel guest is responsible for damaging any objects belonging to room equipment or damaging any technical equipment due to his fault or the fault by people visiting him/her.
4.     Because of anti-fire security, using heaters, electric irons, kettle and similar devices not being the hotel property in a hotel room is forbidden.
5.    Smoking in hotel rooms is forbidden

1.    Personal property left in the hotel room by a departing guest shall be sent back at the address stated by the guest and at his/her expense
2.    In case of not getting the permission to do so, the hotel shall keep the property for 3 months.
